About Tom Gang
Tom Gang has over 20 years of experience in public education and currently owns and manages Sister Act Community Child Care in Carrollton, Missouri. While establishing the facility in 2014, he collaborated with Missouri licensing authorities and the state fire inspector to meet all certification requirements for what is presently the largest state-licensed child care in the region. As head of business strategy for Sister Act, Tom Gang has implemented digital and print marketing campaigns to target the child-care market in the local community.
Earlier in his career, Tom Gang coached and taught physical education at multiple schools in Northern California. Subsequently, he worked for several years at Mendocino College in a number of different positions, including athletic director, head football coach, and assistant professor. During his tenure as coach of Mendocino’s football team, he led the Eagles to three Mid-Empire Conference championships and earned recognition as the conference’s coach of the year in 2007 and 2009. While athletic director, Mr. Gang oversaw compliance with Title IX and other regulations, managed game schedules and travel arrangements, and ensured that the team adhered to player recruitment and eligibility rules.
